Serving all day, Balzac’s Coffee Roasters have been a staple in Southern Ontario’s café scene since 1996. Balzac’s offers a variety of delicious, freshly made pastries delivered straight from local bakeries, as well as hot paninis for guests seeking a more filling bite for their travels.

Market@416 is a restaurant featuring the heart and soul of the local Toronto experience with unique flavours, Ontario craft beers, freshly baked pastries and more. Passengers are able to sit in the lounge and ‘call’ for service from the comfort of their own seat using new touch pads installed in the US departures terminal.

Serving all day, OBISPO has a mix of local and Mediterranean flavours and epicurean delights designed to enchant and attract travellers’ taste buds with great plates. It’s a welcoming, relaxed ambiance with super-fast service or food to take on-the-go, as well as a great selection of beer, wine and signature cocktails. Toronto-based Chef Grant van Gameren was pleased to have been brought on board by SSP Canada to help create this menu. Based on a traveller’s desire for delicious, health-conscious, easy grab-and-go meals, they developed a simple menu of sandwiches and healthy bowls that emphasize fresh, wholesome ingredients with a few guilty pleasures.

New retail shops carry convenience essentials, gifts and souvenirs that are reflective of our city and region, as well as a Duty-Free store that offers the luxury of Toronto’s cosmopolitan culture with an assortment of beauty products, confections, liquors and spirits. The new retail locations – Billy Bishop Airport Duty Free and Hudson – operated by Hudson Group, carry an assortment of travel essential and luxury items, which include local favourites from The Chocolateria, North Standard Trading Post, Red Canoe, The Art Gallery of Ontario, Wildly Delicious, and more.

When flying within Canada from YTZ you can enjoy elevated comfort before you fly with Toronto’s first Aspire Lounge, in collaboration with Air Canada. The Aspire | Air Canada Café is a 133-seat modern respite featuring super-fast Wi-Fi, quiet workspaces, private meeting rooms as well as premium hot and cold food and drinks to stay or go. Designed with sustainability in mind and has been built to meet LEED ID+C standards and provides and locally-sourced food and drink.

The lounge is accessible to all passengers, travelling on any airline, through access methods such as Priority Pass, DragonPass and American Express, along with Air Canada customers with 50K, 75K, or Super Elite Status, Star Alliance Gold, Aeroplan premium co-brand cardholders or travellers connecting to a business class ticket. Paid access is also available to customers travelling domestically with any airline either on the day or via www.aspirelounges.com.
